Writing to us
One person reads these, so a reply may take a few days — but it will come.
Emailhello@asksarathi.appEspecially worth telling us about
- A verse that looks wrong. A citation that doesn't match, a translation that reads oddly, a name misspelled. Sarathi shows every verse it cites precisely so this can be checked — and we would rather hear it from you than not.
- Counsel that missed badly. Not just unhelpful, but wrong about your situation, or preachy, or tone-deaf. Tell us what you asked and what came back.
- Something that felt disrespectful. The Gita is scripture to many people. If Sarathi handled it carelessly, that matters more to us than any feature.
- Hindi that reads like translation. If a sentence sounds like English wearing Devanagari, it needs rewriting.
- Anything broken. A page that won't load, a button that does nothing, text running off the screen on your phone.
What we cannot help with
Sarathi is for reflection, not treatment. We cannot give medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and we are not a crisis service. For anything urgent, please use the numbers above rather than email — nobody is watching the inbox overnight.
